Child Safety Standards

iMembers strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAE), as well as any content that endangers the safety of minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward such content and conduct.

Our commitments

• We prohibit the creation, storage, sending, and distribution of CSAE material, as well as grooming and any exploitation of minors.
• We comply with applicable child protection legislation in the jurisdictions where the application is available.
• When CSAE material is identified, we remove it, block the offender, and report to the competent authorities, including NCMEC, where required by law.
• The application is intended for users aged 18 and over.

How to report a violation

Users can report any capsule or block a sender directly in the application:

1. Open the capsule or the sender's profile.
2. Tap "Report" / "Block".
3. Select a reason and confirm — the report reaches our team.

You can also report material that endangers child safety directly by email to support@imembers.app. We review such reports as a priority.
