Some messages are
meant for later.

Write it, speak it, or film it. Seal the moment — and let it arrive on the day it will mean the most, whether that is next year or in fifty.

What iMembers is

A quiet place for the things you want someone to hear later — your child on their eighteenth birthday, a friend on a hard day, yourself ten years from now.

You decide when it opens and who it belongs to. Until then it stays closed, encrypted on your phone before it ever reaches us.

How iMembers works

Three steps, and then years of waiting.

One quiet place for the things worth keeping — from the minute you record it to the morning it finally opens.

Say it while it is still true

Write it, record your voice, or film it on your phone. It takes a minute, and it never has to be perfect.

Today
Hands sealing a handwritten letter beside an envelope and a calendar

Seal it, and set the day

Choose the date it opens, the person it belongs to, or the condition that unlocks it — a place, a code, an age.

The promise
An envelope closed with a wax seal beside pen and ink

It comes back at the right hour

Years later, on the day you chose, it arrives. Not a reminder about a message — the message itself.

Someday

Recorded, not written

The messages people actually leave.

Four real recordings. Nothing here is a stock clip — this is what a capsule sounds like when someone means it.

  • 0:47

    A message for my daughter

Recorded at home, to be opened years from now.

  • 0:39

A letter to my future self

Written to the person she is becoming.

  • 0:27

Words for the people I love

Said once, kept until it matters.

  • 0:31

    A father's legacy

What he wanted them to know, whatever happens.

Why iMembers

Built to keep a promise for decades.

End-to-end encrypted

We cannot read what you seal.

Your message is encrypted on your phone before it ever leaves it. What our servers hold is ciphertext — we have no key, so there is nothing for us to open, hand over, or lose.

What we do see: the capsule's title, its opening date and who it is addressed to. That is how delivery works, and we would rather say so.

It waits if you can't

A capsule can be set to open only if you stop checking in — so the words still reach the people they were written for, whatever happens to you.

You choose how often you check in and who it goes to. Miss enough of them and the capsule sends itself.

A fifty-year horizon

Set an opening date decades out. A message written today can be addressed to someone who has not been born yet.

The date is kept to the hour, not the day. Until it comes, nothing about the capsule can be read — including by us.

Opens on your terms

A date and an hour. A place they have to be standing in. A code only they know. Or the birthday they finally reach.

Every format you have

  • TextA letter, kept exactly as you wrote it.
  • VoiceYour actual voice — not a transcript of it.
  • VideoFilmed on your phone. Watched years from now.
  • AttachmentsPhotos and documents ride along in the same envelope.

Up to five people

One capsule can be addressed to a whole family. Each of them opens their own sealed copy on the day you chose.

Every copy is sealed to that person alone, so no recipient can open anyone else's — and you keep one yourself.

A message can outlive the reason you wrote it.

— and arrive exactly when it is needed

Start with one

Write it now. Let it find them later.

One message is enough to begin. Give it a moment to return.
